Full Speed Broadband

No Fixed Term Contracts
Our standard 3/4G Wireless Broadband plans have no fixed term contract. We know you'll love us, so we don't need to lock you into 12 or 24 month contracts. You can pause and reconnect your 3/4G broadband connection as many times as you want. There is a minimum one month term each time you connect, then you can be as flexible as you need to be. All monthly payments are due in advance by direct debit.
No Phone Line Required
3/4G Wireless Broadband connections don't use old copper phone lines, we connect you using 3G and 4G LTE. If you do need a phone service, check out our home phone plans.
Wireless WiFi Router
All Netspeed 3/4G Broadband plans use a wireless router so that you can connect your laptop, tablet, smart phone or any other WiFi enabled device without using a network cable.
Hard Data Caps
Data capped plans will warn you when you are approaching your data cap. Plans will stop delivering internet if you reach your data cap. You can choose to wait for renewal of your data at the beginning of your next billing month or call us to discuss changing to a different plan or purchase a data pack.
Is this for me

Static IP Addresses
Static IP addresses are standard with all Netspeed plans at no extra charge, so you can set up your very own hotspot, private or public game server, web or email server and lots of other cool techy stuff. That's just one reason why we are the best internet provider for rural areas.
Free Email Accounts
Netspeed members can have 5 email addresses complete with virus and spam filters, POP3, IMAP, SMTP and Webmail services.
Coverage
We can connect you almost anywhere in New Zealand. Getting broadband in rural areas is dependent on local availability, however you don't need a clear line of site to one of our transmitters.

Hardware Kit
You will need to purchase one of our 3/4G LTE wireless modem/routers priced from $350, if you are a bit further away from the transmitter you may also need an external antenna priced from $150.
You can purchase the equipment outright or we can often arrange a rental or term payment package for approved Netspeed members.
Installation Costs
If you don't need an external antenna you will be able to self-install.
If you do need an external antenna you can install it yourself or if you would prefer us to arrange an installer to do it for you.
Installation costs start at $250 and depend on the complexity of the installation.
